1. About Renteble

Renteble is a cloud-based rental management software designed for businesses that rent clothing, accessories, and similar items. It helps rental businesses manage inventory, customers, bookings, and payments through a unified online system.

2. Account Registration

• To use Renteble, you must create an account and provide accurate information including your name, email, phone number, and address.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Subscription and Payments

• Renteble operates on a subscription model, offering monthly and annual plans.
• Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once payment is completed.
• Payments are processed securely through our partner Cashfree Payments and may include UPI, cards, or other supported gateways.
• Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or termination of your access.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.
• No refunds are provided for partial periods or unused days after payment.
• If Renteble terminates your account for a breach of these Terms, no refund will be issued.

5. Fair Usage Policy

To ensure reliable performance for all users, Renteble enforces a Fair Usage Policy:

• Users may not excessively consume system resources in a way that affects other users’ performance.
• Activities such as automated scraping, bulk API abuse, or unusually high data usage may result in restricted access or suspension.

6. Data Storage and Security

• Renteble securely stores your data on cloud servers hosted by Contabo.
• While we follow best practices for data protection, you acknowledge that no online system is completely free from risk.
• Renteble is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access due to factors beyond its control (e.g., network outages or third-party attacks).

7. Third-Party Services

Renteble integrates with select third-party tools such as:

• Cashfree – for secure payments
• WhatsApp API – for sending notifications
• Google Analytics – for usage analytics

Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use Renteble for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
• Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Share your account credentials with others or misuse the platform to send spam or malware.

Renteble reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these conditions.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, design, graphics, and trademarks on renteble.com are owned by Renteble or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for your rental business operations.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Renteble is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We make no guarantees that the Service will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your expectations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renteble, its owners, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Data loss, lost profits, or loss of business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the last billing period.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the platform immediately ceases.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at renteble.com/terms.

By continuing to use the Service after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gujarat High Court, India.
